Just loaded my character and my Andariel Visage is not allowed to be used by my Rogue, what is happening?

I am having the same issue with my legacy+legacy (legacy squared?) Andariel’s visage from a few seasons ago - the version with life steal.
My Andariel’s visage from Season 5 works just fine in the Eternal Realm.
I have the same issue with 2 different Andariels Visages. Is there any fix possible?
