I own the expansion and the game, but every now and then, I’ll randomly lose all access to VoH content saying I don’t own it and have to close the game down and reload for it to unlock it again to progress the story or and VoH content

Same is it a bug? Do we need to message blizzard direct or they sorting any ideas ??
