VoH bought in PS Network is not recognized in XBox

Hello!

I have a PS5 and an Xbox S. I pre-ordered VoH on PSN. At first, my Xbox recognized the purchase, with all the pre-order rewards and, even, the purchase link in the game store was unavailable.

After the expansion was released, I updated and played on PS without any problems. I created a Spiritborn and did some missions until the mercenaries were unlocked.

On the other hand, on Xbox, all the expansion content is unavailable, and I was asked to make the purchase again, but when I log into the game, my Spiritborn appears (unavailable) in the list of created characters. In the game itself, I can progress through all the Nahantu missions, as if I had the expansion, but the seasonal content is unavailable.

I have Game Pass Ultimate and, on Xbox, I played the original Diablo as subscription content. On PS, I made the purchase.

Can anyone who has had the same problem help me?

Hi all,

Thanks for the reports, we’re aware and investigating!

That said, at least some reports appear to be confusion and please keep in mind that:

  • You need to purchase the expansion on each platform you want to be able to play on
  • Some players have bought only the Standard → Ultimate edition upgrade, without actually owning the Standard edition first.
  • In some cases players are simply missing a DLC license download, please double check!

I have the same issue here i buy VoH on my ps5 and game cant recognize licence…cant play DLC.I try restarting my ps5, there is no any update when i check it there isnt any addons that i can download meanwhile and i did delete all game and reinstall it all again and nothing work…so is there any solution for this problem on ps5.I bought it on my xbox and its working fine too but on ps5 it doesnt…i bought each copy for both platforms one for xbox one for ps5…pls solve this problem it exist i see since release and it isnt still solved its a huge problem
