At least one of my previously purchased mounts is missing after today’s patch. It was there yesterday.

The same happened here. I noticed that I lost some of my mounts bought in the store and also in packs like Cristal and Bones. however, the armor remained. apparently I just lost the mounts. I only had 4 mounts left in the stable. Does anyone know what’s going on?

Same here… I purchased and have been using the Vitreous Scourge mount, mount armor, and trophy for weeks. Today after prepurchasing the Vessel of Hatred expansion, the Vitreous Scourge mount is no longer available for my character, despite still having access to the armor and trophies.

Same here… missing two paid mounts but all my mount armors and trophies remained.

I had 2 missing "paid for " mounts after patch, contacted Blizzard…they say its a known issue and devs are searching for a work around, heres hoping they fix it and return purchased mounts
