The vigorous aspect does not seem to function properly. The buff for damage reduction never appears in my stats. I am currently wearing the Mad Wolf’s Glee chest, however even when I take it off and use abilities to shift between forms, the damage reduction never appears. The other damage reduction stats to not adjust to account for it either, so it is not being hidden in the other DR stats.

I am having the same issue. Was using Mad Wolf’s Glee, but when I used Hurricane with it, I got the buff because I popped out of werewolf form, before engaging the first group in a dungeon. Now I got the Tempest Roar helm, which makes storm skill werewolf skills and now I have nothing to switch to human form and then back to wolf, so that the passive is activated.

Having the same issue.
While wearing Mad Wolf’s Glee, I only get the damage reduction buff after I use a shapeshifting skill when I’m in human form. So you need a skill that shapeshifts you to a human - I use the Poison Creeper - then you need to use a shapeshifting skill to force you into werewolf form before Mad Wolf’s Glee automatically shapeshifts you.
Mad Wolf’s Glee should give you shapeshifting buffs when it shapeshifts you but it doesn’t.
