Video — What Makes Diablo IV Fun (Besides the Suffering)?
Sparked by some recent Reddit and YouTube discourse, Amethine’s latest video talks about what makes Diablo IV’s endgame fun for the more hardcore and dedicated playerbase, but less fun for the casuals. Along with his partner Twist, he touches on topics such as pit pushing, masterworking, and Blizzard’s strange need to make things unattainable, and what the developers could do better for those who don’t have the time to play the game like it’s a full time job.
Come check it out, give it a like and the channel a subscribe if you enjoy it—and if you hate it, that’s okay too.
See you in Hell.

Make it a hardcore game from my part of the story so that you have to have to spend so much time during the seasons that you only have time for 1 character add most
can’t call yourself really interested if you can only play once or twice a week do you
Or you have to have a life outside this life like I do
But you can’t hear me complain on that part do you
in contrary to what the game has to offer
that’ the problem with some casuals the just want it to easy
The easy way out
They have no borders when it comes to that
because even a moderate player has times when there is nothing to do
if you can make it to paragon 240+ on 1 day and get fully equipped on most parts
And have more than 60 to 70 days to play for
Than there is something wrong in my opinion

You aren’t wrong! The video discusses the need for a middle ground where casual players are able to feel as if they achieve a certain level of power fantasy, while hardcore, dedicated players still have something worth grinding for.

You play for cosmetics
A ladder system
Rankings
gear that’s pretty hard to come by
That’s what keeps you busy
Makes a game
it’s as simple as that
Atleast it used to be
Back in the old day’s
when there weren’t any seasons
so there must be a way implementing one with seasons
might it be in the form of high rep
,carryovers to the next
I dunno
But there is most definitely one
and therefore also a solution

Reasons Why Modern MMORPGs Are Failing
i guess there is some truth for diablo in aswell
