So instead of actually fixing it they decided to effectively remove it from the game? Wow.
My take is that they couldn’t fix the bugged interactions and so turned Victimize into a pure proc. You’ll want to gear similar to a pure Andy’s or Arrow Storm build where we ignore skill damage and focus on global damage buffs instead. PTR will show whether it can be effective or not. Now I’m wondering if Tyrael’s barrage has lucky hit or not.
Andariel’s base damage is 50x this weapon damage and can actually scale with Dexterity, aspects that increase Poisoning/DoT damage, paragon legendaries, etc. By making it based off weapon damage they remove all scaling- it’s flat. And it’s garbage that way and might as well not exist.

Its fine. Boring from a theorycraft perspective but in LHC builds it should behave like a physical Andy and be good damage. Can be used in Arrow Storm buulds and maybe even Andy since CQC is not doing anything that crazy for it esp now that CQC scales with Close Damage which off the top of my head isnt in the paragon boards at all.
If the damage is not what I expect in the ptr…then yeah it will be dead.
Victimize was absolutely busted on the PTR.
Adding in 2 more multipliers for vulnerable damage scaled it off the charts.
