Victimize Flurry is awesome, but weak

So, I’m trying out a lot of builds to have some variety in the last 10 Paragon levels. I tried out the Victimize Flurry build from the Maxroll build variants and it feels so awesome:

Shroud Of Khanduras lets you group Pit mobs together via Evade and you alway have Evade available if you have boots with “Attacks reduce Evade cooldown”. Then you annihiliate the mob with your Death Trap and Victimize procs via Flurry. Unfortunately I’m just not sure if this build will be viable above Pit 85, because Blizzard doesn’t give me triple Masterwork crits anymore and my glyphs are just in the 50 to 60 range right now. But if you got all the Obducite and Veiled Crystals in the world and got a nice Fists Of Fate, the build definitely feels awesome gameplay wise. I just wish Victimize would be even stronger.

Question: Is Victimize still independent of the Fists of Fate aspect or was it just a bug last season that got fixed? Asking out of curiosity, because I found an awesome triple GA Fists Of Fate, but the aspect is just 255%.

I play a clunky trap / imb’ poison flurry victimize build, very fun for me … i’m Paragon 257 ,my Glyph are 73 … but i start to hit the wall @ pit 73/74 … no defence issue … i can tank everything … just the Life Up of mobs /Elites/ boss when you go 70+ pit it’s just insane + the shield on certains elites …
I try to understand/ think what i can change … but it’s a lot of refarm/ re glyph farm etc … zzz

Yes, they fixed that. My Fists of Fate is like 275% and I’m using Heartseeker instead of Flurry but I’ve cleared Tier 85 with it. When Patch 2.1 drops I’ll probably clear around Tier 90 or so switching from Rain of Arrows to Shadow Clone.

Anyway, yes they fix’d the bug with Fists of Fate and Victimize.
