I recently purchased the new diablo 4 and the new DLC. i purchased the Game on the 14/02/2025 and install it on the same day and started too play the game got all my boosts add and started to play and yes i stared a new season with the boosts. i cam too play this morning 15/02/2025, and found that my new seasonal character with all the newly applied boosts was moved too the eternal realm ??? now i amybe 60+ yrs old but i know i started a new season with the new content…
can you please remedy this as i do like the game and would like too continue playing

I was given an answer and was told the season was over and there was noning that could be done…

en i was contacted by another dev and told the season was not over and that this was a bug so i had too submitt a bug report…
but i dont under stand why i only purchased the new expansion and the game Vessel of Hatred on the 14/02/2025 i started it, played on the 15/02/2025 went too bed got up too play again and found that now i cant use the boosted character i payed $109 for which now it appears was for nothing…
i cant use the chacarter in the new season
