The aspect does not add any levels to my ultimate and it does not give me any added damage. It’s just completely broken.
Seems to be a weird one, logged in today and it showed up in ui as working, but after a reload it stopped showing again.

Okay so i believe i have found whats going on, the bonus only seems to activate while not in a town or a location where you can’t use your skills.
So basically its not really an issue but just confusing, it still gives me the bonus when im actually in combat. Still should be fixed of course just nice that its still useable.
I saw other bug reports with the same type of “Brawler” Aspects and i would assume thats the same issue there.
