I was running vault of the loom for the first time, got three of the 4 keystones, then when I grab the fourth one in the cauldron the gateway wouldn’t work. Tried to go back to the one that I entered from and that didn’t work either. Had to exit the dungeon and now I can’t go back in.

This just happened to me too. Seems like the most recent update introduced a run-breaking bug.

I had this happen as well. Of course it happened on my first run of this vault, too.

Same here, was playing with a friend, wanted to give a try today for the first time…couldn’t even get in once…tried again on each side after quit the group…still can’t get in. Sad story, we were so happy to be slained by him

I have the same issue as well =(
+1 Since latest patch I cannot click to interact with the entrance to the Vault of the Loom
Yesterday same issue with our Group, always one of the 4 Portals at Malphas seams to be Broken and there comes a Massage that we lost connection to the Client. We Tested it 3 Times with different People spending the Mats for it. But always one Portal was broken and we couldn´t get in it.

Same problem, can’t enter in the vault.
Same thing happened to me twice. It appeared fixed and thats why i tried the second time. Wasted my resources. I would really like those back.
