Vault of the Loom changes reverted?

I created an alt to pass the time until S4 but I’ve noticed 2 things about VotL.

  1. The bug is back where Malphus’ aoe attacks can persist after the encounter is over which was previously patched.
  2. The unique stones are no longer dropping from the chests. Ive ran the Loom 122 times on my Sorc and 0 drops of EITHER stone.

Have the changes to VotL been inadvertently reverted?

Also, I deleted my alt and then recovered the character as the game allows and that’s when the aoe attacks persisting bug returned. Could this have something to do with it?
