I’m still accruing Gurgling Head, Trembling Hand, and Blackened Femur somehow in Season 5. Varshan no longer needs these.

I’m also experiencing this.
As of earlier today they are still dropping, but the alchemist lets you convert them1:1 into hearts, even in the Season, thankfully. Just a workaround for now.
Same here, I forgot about this change lol… Just going to convert them.
