I have recently got into T4 and killing Varshan took me about 15mins because I just could not out DPS his barrier. Is my damage to low? am I doing the fight wrong? or is this a bug? (Other bosses like Grigoire and Lord Zir took me about 30s-1mins).
Also a side note/question: it appears Varshan and other monsters are crit immune while barrier is up (no yellow numbers).
Anyone got any answers for the above questions I and im sure others would greatly appreciate it.
You know I never understood that extra layer over their health bar… really, but I’d assume your just not doing enough damage to weaken that barrier to get to the bosses health.
It was a bug that was supposedly got fixed yesterday. It’s in the patch notes.
Its a bug, the shield was providing way to much shielding so they patched it yesterday, However its not fully fixed as I have run into multiple times today its still bugged. Very annoying since he is needed for mats for duriel.

I thought my home made minion necro build sucked as he was the first T4 boss I tried, I actually went back into T3 because I thought I wasn’t ready the first time this happened.
After doing a pit 70 with loads of time left on the clock I started wondering… so I tried other T4 tormented bosses and they were easy, so I tried Varshan again and it took me 15mins and I got hit twice by his dance mechanic 
The devs had fix it by talking.
