Vanished everything in my inventory

I bought a Banish Lord’s Talisman with 60 aspect and 4 greater affixes. When I returned to my state, my inventory has vanished and everything gone.

Also I cannot find where can I sent a ticket to Blizzard

I’ve seen another person mentioned this too. There is some kind of dupe going round where people are able to dupe an item, trade it, but then upon log out or changing servers the item gets detected as invalid and deleted.

You won’t get the item back, as it’s a dupe but it’s worth contacting Blizzard support. Maybe they will roll back your account to before you made the trade, so you get your gold back. It’s worth trying at least.

And for anyone else, best not to trade for high-value 4GA items right now. You could maybe try the D2 trick and get the player to drop the item on the ground, although unlikely they will be willing to do this. Other thing you can do is get them to join your game, so they are forced to change servers, which will delete their duped item they likely have created in advance of the trade. Then once they’ve joined your game, if they don’t trade with you right away and they’re sitting their AFK or stalling the trade, they are most likely attempting to dupe the item again, so just leave game, report them (if that’s even an option in game?), and remove from friends.

yea i was assuming the same when i read this. A support ticket wont hurt for sure, but i doubt youll get anything back.

tho id also wait if its still related to the dupe. i personally didnt hear about this before.

I would advise people that read this topic and still decide to trade the following. Install OBS or some recording program and record the whole trade process. Especially if you buy perfect items, that are most probably duped. If they are perfect, they will most likely disappear. You won’t get them back, BUT you will have a proof and at least be able to report the scammer.

best to not buy any at all. save ur time and money/gold

Items in trade that you go to a site and paid money for then got in game via trade were all duped items. Patch didnt say they addressed this so they took all duped items out from everyone. Anyone who paid real money for those items i do not feel bad for you.
