The vampiric screen is permanently broken for my character. This is after hitting the Spend button. Error: !!Missing!! 1:Name and down below !!Missing!! – 1: Description. Leaving the game and restarting the game does not make the error go away. I believe this occured, when I was attempting to spend some, and I was lagging, andthe server was permanently thrown off. So on the server, this is some type of error or issue, because the spend never went through in the past. But it sucks because It is actually permanenytly broken.
Open a ticket with blizzard not the forums.
Have you tried to repair your game files ?

yes scan repair does not work deinstalled game and loaded new same problem
i posted it in bug forum the problem here is i cant post a link of the picture its blocked or not allowed so admin cant see this what i mean and i open ticket admin sayed post it in bug forum i answerd i need help because i cant use season theme and i tryed all things
nothing changed so it must be a server problem with the char or for me a bug i dont know but i need the help thats it
Every support menu sends you here anyway. Not like there is a clear way how to open a ticket with support.
Start a new character and try to spend blood on that character and see if it fixes it.
