I can do quite abit of damage on one toon but it seems the skill on many elites vampiric is frustration because it fires too often. I have run into mobs that I cannot a pase it because of the things that do not let me hit it with all my skills. I can rip through most things with ease but this one skill can turn a quick 2 main fight in order to impossible. I have decent defence on this toon too.

I agree… Vampiric Elites need a cooldown or something I’m dumping ridiculous amounts of dmg and then poof. Full health… I’m a close range character. Which makes these impossible to kill from range. Get close and they heal… its stupid. Between that and Freeze chains, it’s ruining the game.
