can i please get my vampires in diablo 4 season 2 reset. My problem is i never knew i only had to unlock the ones for my magic user and i ended up thinking everything had to be unlocked because i kept getting the locks showing up when i was clicking on them. Now i have to go through upgrading every power that is not even of my character just to get mine for my character upgraded and its going to be many thousands of upgrades. There is no way to refund the powers which there should be. i only want to upgrade the ones for my guy not all the junk for other characters. i have not asked for anything in the many years i have played diablo games from the 1st to now, and i love them all. i just need my vaampire poweres refunded so i can only pick for my magic user… please.
Just go farm the blood harvest events and you’ll have more potent blood than you’ll know what to do with homie. It takes less than a day to fully unlock and upgrade every power with this strategy and the blood harvest zones are always up. 
that is not how it works.
it is random. it selects from ALL powers, not just the ones you want.
even if you have the 5 you want unlocked, every time you use blood there is a high chance that it will just give you 3 options of powers you dont have unlocked yet.
you cannot target specific powers. you must do them randomly.
you only need 8800 to max them all anyway, and that can be gotten in a day.
25 unlock
25x5 to hit lvl 2
25x10 to hit lvl 3
22 powers
ya its kind of sad and annoying in a way. I have all the powers unlocked and max level, but still need 5 more vampire bounty rewards…ugh the grind.
They will all unlock well before you are done, if you do a lot of Blood Harvests. There is no need for a refund function.
It would still be nice for a refund option as we know now that metamorphosis is better for several builds at level 1 than at 3, but have no way to undo the levels. Certainly not rolling another toon for that.
