Alert to the User Interface of the Potion and Incenses Current Green Boarder when 60 seconds are remaining.

Proposed Upgrade to the current User Interface

Please, could you implement a Flashing animation showing 60 seconds of time remaining on such elixir/incense/experience notification box above our experience bar. The animation could include a snake like animation in red, circling around the green boarder of the boxes specified above, keeping our D4 community aware that 60 second are remaining.

This is an amazing Quality of Life idea! So simple yet affective, and I think it is something that could be implemented without a lot of stress.
