Urn of Lies is ineffective

In a party with two people who have Urn of Lies at 80%. Run Varshan 8 times, Grigore 5 times, and Lord Zir 6 times on T3. The loot timer appears but after everyone in the party finishes looting, Belial NEVER appeared.

As a solo player who has Urn of Lies at 80%, ran Grigore 2 times, Beast on Ice 8 times, and Belial appeared only twice. In solo play, there is an expectation that Belial would have appeared eight times based on the number of boss kills and looting chests. It appears that the Urn of Lies doesn’t affect Belial’s appearance in both solo play and in a party.

Please refund the loot mats.

I removed all Smoldering Ashes from Urn of Lies and saw Belial more frequently. The Blessing is either bugged or the chance is so slim it’s ineffective.

The 80% is not a 80% chance of appearing, it’s 80% more chance. It’s multiplicative so when it can appear normally at 1 chance on 10, so it can happen with 80% more chance to happen 1,8 times on 10. Not 8 times on 10.

80% of zero is still zero. NO one is arguing this. It is just a lie to begin with.
