Urn of Chaos Armor Perk - not really 100%

Hi there,

i have my Urn of Chaos Armor perk at 100% drop rate for an additional Chaos Armor. But it seems the 100% are not really 100%. I had multiple occasions where the cache at the end of the infernal hordes won’t give me a chaos armor piece.

I’m guessing that was supposed to be a 100% increase of the current percentage. So the .1% went to .2%

Greater Infernal Cache is the repeatable reward cache from seasonal reputation, not the chest in Infernal Hordes.

I opened 7 earlier and got one chaos armor from each.

By a strange coincidence, the 0.1% change is also how Blizz calculates the decrease for the “Soulspires spawn less often” IH boon.
