After the last patch I have a lot of problems. my game freezes when I teleport, when I use a portal. When I try to login it’s the same thing…There are times when I can’t get into the game. please fiz it urgently. It’s frustrating…it’s the weekend and I can’t even log into the game

Last night I shut off Cross play and everything was fine. No freezes or crashes for 4 hours. Today I put on cross play to test and I instantly crashed before loading into the game. What a joke. This was an issue during Launch and now its happening again. Blizzard just chasing off players at this point.
Edit: Just want to throw this out there that now that I’ve changed it back to crossplay I cant even get into the game to turn it back off. Game instantly freezes up at the splash screen.
Since I update the game, last thursday, I can’t play… I reset the game, uninstal the game and the Battle.net, format the PC and nothing solve that… How can I proceed?
Bro… I solve the problem.
Open the D4 game dir, and rename these 2 files as .bak. “dstorage.dll and dstoragecore.dll”
It solve the problem to me.

And you will change it for .bak
Just did it and open the game and TCHARAMMMM opened… and I was playing until now…
