I’d like to have the ability to upgrade all these potions using multiples and/or materials.

You mean the Elixirs? Yeah, I agree. They could make a salvage option at the potion vendor for us to salvage unwanted Elixirs for materials. And then we could just make the elixir we want on the same vendor.
