I want to upgrade to ultimate on Xbox but it’s greyed out along with the deluxe and the store shows the deluxe but the ultimate is not showing up what should I do? I’ve also noticed that the base game does not have the option to upgrade either it should be where you buy the platinum but it’s not there.
