Last patch the notes didn’t come out until after the patch was already implemented and people were already playing, only thing we can say now is to keep looking.

Patch notes will only be slowly revealed while you level up your renown system

Most of the changes will be stealth in nature covered by the ambiguous term gameplay changes.
