Unprocessed Ticket

Is anyone else having problems with support taking so long to respond to tickets? I’ve had one open for over 4 days now…

If they ever get back to you it will be from someone in India. 1,900 layoffs at Microsoft studios, particularly at Blizzard, have resulted in a significant reduction in customer service teams for Blizzard games. Microsoft plans to outsource customer service for Blizzard games to third parties, potentially impacting the overall player experience.

If you played more than 2 hrs you will not get a refund.

If you don’t care about anything else on your account you can charge back with no worries. That 4 day turn around ensures they can’t stop it. It’s what I did.

Interesting that you would still have access to the forums if you did this.
