I just beat fallen temple capstone dungeon as level 60 druid. When trying to switch to world tier 4, it is still showing locked. Anybody else having this problem? Do I have to be level 70?
There are two capstone dungeons, one for WT3 and a second for WT4. Just unlocked WT4 at level 59 on my barb so it not level dependent.
Not sure. I beat it with another clanmate at 58-59 and was able to select WT4. Not sure why you can’t…

I also have this issue. Fallen temple is complete and I did it on wt3, I have the achievement for it. I can’t select wt4 for my character at level 56
I have the same problem. I completed the dungeon and beat Elias and World Tier Four is still locked… This appears to be a bug.
Check the sticky at the top. There was some recent change about a bug relating to world tiers. Maybe they introduced a new bug (lol)
Ist there any level requirement for WT4? I got the quest for this dungeon as I unlocked my legendary paragon perk and switched to tier 4 as level 66.
Maybe you have to be at least 61+ or have unlocked the second paragon board?

They nerf it so you gotta be level 75 to det t4 lol jk idk…
You have to return the quest first then click the world tier change statue. The NPC or whatever to return the quest for should be next to the statue

Just beat it on my 60 Rogue, went back to the main city and clicked tree, still showed locked… Then it registered with the game and unlocked a few seconds later. Relog and try again.

Having the same issue . Completed it 2 times now with some major carry support from friends at lvl 54 but wont unlock
I’m not sure how much truth is in it but I found information on internet that you have to finish main quest story line on veteran (tier 2 world) somebody correct me if I’m wrong on that. (don’t take my word for it)
