I am new to Diablo 4 and without thinking purchased a mount and armor not knowing usage was locked. Although it says the quest name it says nothing else and I can’t seem to find it
you have to play all the way through the story and finish act 3 to get the quest to unlock mounts. After that all of your mount purchases/finds will be unlocked.
