I’m sure I’m not the only person with this issue. I have 9 Diablo IV characters and all 9 are no longer able to access Waypoints that I have discovered. I can walk over to a waypoint access it it opens up the map however there is no way to teleport to a different location that I have discovered nothing shows on the map as far as Waypoints. At the top of the map it shows I have waypoints discovered however they’re not showing up on the map for me to use them. Please fix this problem as I would have to travel by horse around the entire map
Im having the sames issues with both of my toons on console ! Been like this since 4:30 pm CDT today ! 
did a quest in a dungeon and could not find waypoint , to finish quest ! Just checked at almost 10 pm ,still the same !
I have been without waypoints on PC since Monday.
Ok guys for anyone having this issue I may have found the solution to the problem “I just fixed my issue”. Open your map press the R3 button & check to see if Waypoints have been deselected if so reselect waypoints and they should show up now. Hope this helps anyone with this issue & happy gaming

Thank you so much, solved my problem.
Don’t know why but map filter was also set to just show Dungeons on my PS5.
Now I can continue playing
