Adam did not avoid the question, rather neither did he confirmed or denied if unlimited, uncapped paragon is making a return from D3. However, he did confirm that there are definitely changes coming to paragon system.
Adam Jackson shared some of his team philosophy when reworking all the Uniques, and he acknowledged that his team have decided to go wild and crazy with the rework. I personally think that is very good .
The philosophy behind reworked Unique items is to include the most thought after tempering affixes , inherit stats and give the Unique it is appropriate affixes in correlation with what build this unique is set to define what build.
Most importantly, it does not follow the traditional power limit of design in legendary , so it is like thinking outside the box and go beyond.
I really like where they are going with the Uniques. I can already think of at least 3 Uniques that I must have for Bone Spear Necro in S5, which is what I will be playing. This is giving me the thrill and excitement back as flash memory of the past, when I was hunting for D3 sets.
