This I can say was described like this since the old version.
The damage comes from the damage your weapon has or something like that.
Also, you didn’t mention Yen boots.
For me, they changed its appeal.
You lost damage reduction and Vulnerabillity damage for resistance cap.
It became a resistance cap boot (not talking about its primary function of casting skills).
So, I like it more before.

i think you might have missed the huge buff to it’s pre-affixes damage it received.
also, it might seem bad for you, but not necessarily for others
also, some items are more tailored to some classes than other.
but don’t forget that you’ll be needing resist etc…now , immortal sorc is no longer a thing / a possible exploit
Maybe it is a piece to the cow level. Throwing it out there before the Moosiah returns. I however didnt solve GoT or find The Fountain of Youth, so take it with a grain of salt.
highly doubt it, i know uber unique are rather common, but getting a very specific one is still quite hard/long unless lucky. (or through spark farming…i guess)
considering it’s mostly a seasonal game, i doubt it’ll be a piece for that.
(unless it open the cow level for the whole account a bit like finishing the story or finding every altars)
