So my problem is very simple to be honest because it is impossible to have that bad luck.
I am playing Barb and im farming for Unique items like everyone else does and i get them or should i say i get one.
The problem is i get unique drops but when it drops i alway and i mean always get the SAME ******* WEAPON 7 times now i dont see other uniques they dont exist for me this can not be intentional.
I agree in so far as it seems class-specific uniques have an ungodly higher drop rate. I saw the sorc ice pants drop 4-5 times in succession without another unique myself.
It could always simply be a matter of statistics; with so few options to drop that seeing the same one in succession isn’t all too rare. It could also be a matter of specific area having a higher drop rate of certain items. i.e. if you’re spamming a single dungeon and that dungeon has increased chance to drop specific items, you would of course expect to see them more.
i agree but thats like the reason i came here because im farming all over the map nighmare dungeons legion events world bosses i even got it from the tree if it has a higher drop chance they should lower it because this is dumb. and the worst thing is i cant even use it because its for a different build
After receiving the same unique 4 times in a row, I googled this in case other people ran into the same dilemma. I am playing as a Necromancer, and have received 4 of the Deathless Visage helmets in the row. Either it’s a bug or we really just have bad luck.
same issues here…i have at least 8 of “Staff of Lam Esen”, 6 of “Esu’s Heirloom” took a screenshot before dismantling them (cannot upload image?), there’s something wrong with the drop mechanics
