A disclaimer first: The behaviors described below weren’t tested thoroughly, but observed quite regularly and might very well apply to other classes as well
- Both the Lith rune and the Neo rune specify “while fighting” as part of their trigger condition to generate offering
– The Lith rune only generates offering when the player is fighting
– The Neo rune even generates offering when just the player’s minions are fighting - The Qax rune specifies “next Non-Basic Skill Cast spends all of your Primary Resource” as part of its effect, but the effect only triggers when a non-Basic skill is cast that actually has a resource cost. Non-Basic skills without resource costs, such as the active portion of the Necromancer’s Golem skill, don’t trigger the effect
- The Ner rune specifies “Invoke the Rogue’s Countering Concealment Skill for 5 seconds”, but the Concealment part (i.e. the Stealth) regularly lasts for more than 5 seconds, maybe due to offering overflow, although the Countering part (i.e. the Movement Speed and Dodge Chance) always only lasts for the specified 5 seconds
The above might very well be intended, but would then again be examples for unclear or even misleading descriptions
