Undercity - Tributes of Ascendance and Tributes of Radiance not working anymore

When I try to use Tribute of Ascendance with the option “50M ranks to passive skill on amulets”, then undercity will NOT open. NOTHING happens then.

When I try to use Tribute of Radiance with the option “50M ranks to passive skill on amulets”, then undercity will NOT open. NOTHING happens then.

When I use Tribute of Ascendance with a DIFFERENT option than the “50M ranks to passive skill on amulets”, it opens Undercity, but it does not drop any uniques at all, despite saying “Earn uniques at attunement rank 1” and I finished 4/4. Yet I did not get ANY uniques.

When I use Tribute of Radiance with a DIFFERENT option than the “50M ranks to passive skills on amulets”, it opens Undercity, but it does drop only one or two ancestral legendary items, even though I finished 4/4. I remember that before the patch, Tribute of Radiance gave way more ancestral legendaries, especially when finishing 4/4. So this is now bugged too.

But I can use the yellow Tributes of Titans, Harmony and Refinement normally it seems.

Closing the game and restarting the game did not help.
Relogging did not help.
The problem remains.

Same problem here, passiv ranks tribute wont open a portal for me

why does tribute of radiance seem so rigged with the amulet drops not having the affixes im looking for been running these tributes n not getting the amulet i want at all even with the amulet passive that costs flipping 50m gold im getting trash. already spent like 1.5b+ gold on these tributes n amulet passive bargin lmao

Okay so I posted about this a few days ago and got a few replies about a fix. It worked for me.

Something goes wrong with the way the undercity reads your gold. It thinks you have negative gold or something.

Spend gold to fix this. The first time this happened I traded a few billion for boss mats and then it worked.

It happened again so I did some masterworking and that fixed it.

Apparently you just need to spend over 50m.
