I have completed the undercity feature unlock quest, got the tooltip that shows me how the undercity works. I did not recieve any tribites as rewards for completeing the quest and am not seeing them drop from any activity. I have done several nmds, infernal hordes and tree of whipsers on t3 and with different characters.

Apparently, the answer is make sure you do the whole quest line - I hope anyways. Same problem.
