Undercity unique tribute dont give any items as rewards

Hi there, Lately, ive encountered a bug related to undercity with unique tribute. I was playing in party, and today we decided its time to try out unique tribute, because i got lucky and got 2 of them. As we entered the dungeon and completed it with 4th level of rewards and killed the boss on tormented 4 difficulty, reward chest only contained a little bit of herbs and crafting materials.
