Did the undercity with the tribute of radiance resolute. Even paid the 50m gold for the necklace with a passive. Blizzard states that it will ALWAYS have a passive. What do i get on my amulet? NO PASSIVE at all!! Blizzard you owe me 50m in game gold or amulet with a passive.
