quest : Undercity: Wail of the forgotten
- Investigate the abandoned home
I tried 3 or more times to load into the building but I was stuck on an infinite loading screen. it won’t load at all
help pls.

I am also having this issue. Stuck on loading screen after clicking entry to Abandoned House.

Also receiving the problem. Have restarted about 4 times now and every time I go back to enter the house it is just stuck on the loading screen.

same here, i cant enter there, infinite loading screen, plus i cant see a sihek to deliver a quest in kurast, after speaking ormus after doing blue quest

Same for me; nothing seems to help. I tried moving to a different point in the story but no matter what I do it is stuck on loading screen.
Same here I can’t continue the undercity quest line at all because I am stuck going into one of the quest objective areas.
What sucks is you need to do that quest before the undercity items start dropping =(

I had exactly the same issue. I took out all my items and put them in my stash, dismissed all my mercenaries and reinforcements and lowered my graphic settings to lowest possible and went trough the door.
I dont know what fixed the problem, but after this changes, i could walk in, put back on my gear and did the quest. after this i changed everything back to normal.
maybe this helps as a workaround for someone. but this should be adressed by blizzard.
