I did a few resolute legendary keys with passive skills bargain this morning and went to do more and can no longer open a portal with that bargain selected. if i use another bargain it will open.

Same thing happened to me. I used 2 tribute of radiance (resolute) + passive skill ranks bargain. On the third run, it wouldn’t accept the passive skill ranks bargain. I had to pick a different bargain. On the fourth run, I could once again use the passive skill ranks bargain. On the 5th run, I could not.

Same thing has happened to me.
It’s rather disappointing and annoying considering we were just offered the Shrine Event from Blizzard which allowed us to gather multiple legendary reolute and united tributes ONLY to find ourselves unable to use them with the passive skill ranks.
Not to mention that ( possibly due to networking issues) the united tributes have a loot bug which in a 4 man group only provides the extra GA loots half the time. Essentially in between switching floors something goes wrong and the ‘‘boons’’ from the united tribute disappear.
Not to mention that when you choose ‘‘More Weapons’’ & ‘‘More Armor’’ you don’t get more weapons or armor if you choose those options.
Rather disappointed by those bugs. I DO SINCERELY hope Blizzard looks into this. That’s horrible experience with all of those bugs!
P.S.!!! IMPORTANT!!! FIX: Offload a few billions ( or some millions) to another character/friend - and the Kurast Undercity with Passive Ranks starts to work!!! There’s another thread on the forums about it - ‘‘Loki’’ from the shared this ‘‘hotfix’’
