The Undercity now has only two killing floors then the Boss Arena. I think this is an improvement. I don’t know about everybody else but I usually get all 4 Ranks by the middle of the second floor.
The only downside is that there is 1/3 less opportunity to encounter a Goblin (or two) 
but overall, this is an improvement as far as I’m concerned.
