I had a legerdary tribute of Radiance (Resolute) and i used the Bargain “passive ranks” (Paid 50.000.000 Gold) and i got a necklace in the end with no passives.
I also want to point out that 5 legendary item drops at the end is not really worth it…
Can confirm, just ran 3 times for ancestral legendary items (tribute) and 50m bargain for passive skills on amulets - got several amulets without any passives.
This is a total scam.
