I’ve noticed inconsistencies like this. Too much RNG layered over their RNG.
I’ve also finished and gotten 1 legendary. Very disappointing for the effort.
Boss mats from there, on the other hand, are the way to go IMO.
It seems to me that the 1-3 extra bargain items are always just generic drops, unrelated to the offering. Never worth it.
I used the exact same tribute and bargain and my chest at the end was empty. Now that was crap.
