Unable to Upgrade Diablo 4 (PS4 Disk) Cross-Gen Bundle to PS5

Hi, I bought D4 Cross-Gen Bundle (PS4 Disk) but I am playing it on PS5. I bought the game assuming that it would be upgradable to PS5 version for free, as the cover suggests and as others have told me. However, I see no option to upgrade the game anywhere.

  1. When inserting the disk in PS5 it gives me no option and automatically installs PS4 version.

  2. There is no option in the library to choose between PS4 and PS5 version.

  3. PS Store does not give me an option for free upgrade. Instead suggests that I buy the game for $$.

Can anyone help me with this, please?
