Title is the bug.
When looking at gear, I’m unable to scroll the content when content is longer than visible area.

UPDATE: I changed my font size and it worked again.

I didn’t change anything and I noticed it working again after a period of play time. Possibly could be on certain gear, but I didn’t pay attention to which.
I had the same issue on Xbox, I signed out a few times and back in and it didn’t work so I checked my controller settings and had an update and went back into the game it worked.
That is the worst kind of bug:
One of us did nothing
One of us updated our firmware
One of us changed our font

been over at ‘the other game’ since I leveled up in season 6. Season 7 dropped, and figured they had some pressure from ‘those’ guys… so looking forward to playing !
Except this scroll bug pretty much makes things difficult to impossible.
lot of people finding it, deafening silence from Blizzard.
Hopefully they get it fixed… soon… had high hopes for this season! (until then … guess it’s back over to ‘the other guys’… keeping an eye on patch notes. (still have high hopes)
Had this 3 times now.
First 2 times i fixed by closing the game and restart (really close, not just go to xbox menu).
Last time ive gone to options and disabled the adv. Tooltips and then it worked again.
Mabe this helps until they fix it
Just came here to say the same thing. Right scroll doesn’t work to scroll on item info. I also experienced it when hovering over a Barb ability where I was going to weapon swap but I couldn’t see which weapon i choose.
Please fix, this has been working the other patches for me!

Still having the issue. Item scroll not working. Ive tried two different controllers, xbox and xbox remote via android. You can see the icon, for dual weild, slashing, and bludgeoning but not the actual weapon.

Cant scroll viewing items playing Co-op on PS5.
