Unable to Refund Paragon Points due to is saying it cannot break connection to another node

We need a refund all button for paragon points, or just fix the game to where we can actually refund paragon points cause it wont let me do to it saying it cant break connection to another node when it is my furthest node and its stuck against the glyph socket, I want to change my boad but its impossible do to it being impossible to remove said node,

I’m lvl84 facing the same problem, managed the clear all points on 4/5th board but stuck at 3rd board!.

I am having the same issue. I wanted to start over and choose more wisely but I can’t clear the first board. Says it will break a connection.

This just happened to me also. Blizzard fix the paragon board bug. I can’t break connection. Wasted half my money trying to undo the error.

I cannot switch my paragon board due to a bug/error saying that I can’t break the connection. This is killing my in-game experiences please fix this asap I’m level 64 and cannot play this game due to this bug/error. I can’t switch boards or get refunded points because of this bug. I tried placing other points in different spots to try to get some back that does not work. please fix this ASAP!!

Also facing this issue today. Unable to refund paragon point that is closest to a Glyph Socket. Saying it will break the connection, when it is the only node at the end of the line.

Are you guys sure that you right click on Glyph slots twice?
First time only removes the glyph, not the actual point invested in it, so right click twice to disable it

Just have this happen to me as well. Unable to refund no matter what I do. Why isn’t there a refund all like for your talent tree!? Now my lvl 73 character is dead in the water. GG blizz

Experiencing the same issue. Blizzard needs to implement a refund all to the work in progress board ASAP!

Make also sure there is no other board connected to another gate, its possible you have to clean up that one first.

Be sure that you are refunding the sockets as well as the glyph itself - I was stuck but that fixed it for me.

Having same thing here can not refund my point’s no matter what i try THANKS BLIZZARD GREAT JOB 3 days now tried everything nothing works lvl 68 werebear dead in water starting to act like bungie

I really don’t understand why people never posts pictures of this particular “issue”.

No matter how many times anyone asks in any of these posts, nobody ever posts a pic. They just jump to bashing blizzard and leaving the post, or coming back later and saying “oops I missed one, my fault”.

Nobody here can help any of you if you don’t actually provide info (a screenshot would be amazing).
