Hey y’all. Having trouble accessing the PTR I’m playing on PC and I own Xbox game pass ultimate (I play on both) every time I launch the PTR it tell me I don’t own the licenses to play. Any one know how to fix?

Don’t worry about it. It is a total drag.

did you download the pc client new ptr version?
I did indeed download and updated
you should be able to play it on your pc (not xbox) the ptr is only for pc
the app launches then 5 seconds later close to desktop
I thought they said in the Campfire chat, it was PC BNET account was required.
(I vaguely remember hearing it)
Do you have your Bnet Account linked to your gamepass for PC?
And even then you may actually require a BNET install. But someone official can validate this.
i know 100% its pc only but i cant recall if they said BNET, i’d guess it was BNET only as that is the main launcher of all blizzard games and you select the drop down from D4 to select PTR off the launcher
I have my Xbox account logged into BNET I’m able to play. My issue was my PC not being fully updated
