I launch the game (PS5), hit the main screen, press ‘any button’, and sit there forever. I cant login, dont get put in a queue, nothing. Just sit there on the main screen with the breaking news in the top right corner and the version number in the bottom left. Any thoughts? Fixes?

I have the same issue. Background says Private Test Build. Looks like wrong version to me. Checking the online streams this shouldn’t be there. I was playing the Alpha as well

Atleast you received code for this weeks early BETA, i have all linked and no code received 
and thats why i will cancel preoreder for ultimate on PSstore, no time next weekend to check game and you cant contact blizz regarding this via support

I am also seeing the same thing when I try and log in it just sits there after press any button.

You don’t get a code if you pre-ordered. You automatically get access.

Been dealing with the same exact issue all day. No response from Blizzard. It happens on the PS5 and PS4 version. Like we’re being punished for doing the private test.

I waited queued for over 30 min on ps5 , finally connected to server then got a error. Now I got queued again #id mrjackson88real_ on ps5

While I can appreciate your frustration, this thread deals with the issue of not even getting to a queue. Take heart, brother, you’re partway there!
Why isn’t this que for only for people who want to play online co-op but instead on the base of the game starting for everyone? I mean this game is supposed to be single player as well and we’re not cloud playing it’s download onto our console so we should be able to play it just fine why are we having to que each time I’ve qued many times only to be frozen told an error and have to start the timer again on PS5.

This is off topic. Please post your own thread if you have issues with the queue system. Freezing, locking up, and errors are part of a beta test. At least you have the opportunity to play.

you arent trying the beta version that is why. You have to search for beta in psn store. Once you do that it shows same diablo 4 option where you can get the beta under the versions.
I am using the ps5 beta version double and triple checked

Hey all, just in case. On PS5 make sure your not trying to play with the Diablo IV Beta from playstation store, make sure you dig through your purchase a few layers deep and look for the Diablo IV OPEN Beta download, they are different. Hope that helps!
