Starting 5/2/25 when I arrive at a Apparition Incursion my character is unable to move. If I dodge it will move the character but they are still stuck in place. If I mount my horse then I can move around like normal. Sometimes mounting and dismounting frees the character but other times the character can only move on the mount. When then Apparition Incursion event ends then movement returns to normal. If I teleport to town movement is normal but if I teleport back the issue returns while the event is running.
This was not an issue yesterday. It does not appear to be a lag issue on the client side as far as I can tell.
