I had the Day of the Dead themed horse and armor equipped. The transaction history name for the item bundle is Flowers for the Dead. When I try to mount, it just says “bad data” above my character and wont let me move. I tried to include an image of this but I’m not allowed to link to imgur.
When I went to the stables, I noticed that mount and the armor are both missing now.
I’m having the same error with this exact horse and armor equipped. I’ve tried to reset my game and it still bugs out each time I try to use it.
Edit: Apparently the horse bundle I bought is no longer in my stablemaster either. I’m hoping it wasn’t yeeted from the game after I spent money to get it.
I checked and you’re right, I’m also missing the two related trophies that come in the bundle so the entire bundle is missing.
Edit: A friend suggested I do a Scan & Repair and I wish I had logged on normally first this morning to verify the problem was still there but I completed a Scan & Repair and it said Scan Complete, No Repair Required.
However, when I logged on, my mount, armor, and trophies were back so maybe give that a try?
