I have a versatility glyph that is at level 45. I have done runs at level 50, 55, 60,65 and the level button will not allow me to attempt to level up. It is grayed out. I have other glyphs that I can level past 45 but not versatility. It won’t even let me try and get a fail message.

Read the glyph requirements to level to legendary. Probably you got the requiremet missing…
Once you reach Glyph level 45, it costs 10k gem fragments to upgrade from Rare to Legendary quality, giving it an additional radius size and a new affix.
